Frigidaire Washer Door Lock Override. For door striker order 131763310. so i guess i'll have to order the replacement striker after all, but that's no big deal. The lid lock it to prevent injury to the people near the washer, as without it stopping the machine, the agitator will turn with the lid open.
The door lock might be at fault or damaged. If door lock and switch assembly has ever been replaced will need door strike item #1032664. The washer is thankfully designed to never, ever run with the door open.
