2000 Vw Beetle Fuel Pump Relay. Fuse 2 (band on top of battery), 28 and 29 good. 2000 volkswagen beetle fuel pump knocks loudly.
First replacement relay was advanced auto replacement, after no power to pump again went to vw and bought genuine vw fuel pump relay (409), still no power at pump. Fuse #28 controls the fuel pump. There should be a fuse block diagram on the fuse panel door, and in section 3.2 of your owner's manual.
